Where do your products come from?

We curate our collections from trusted global partners, selecting pieces based on their form, finish, and quality. Every item is carefully inspected before it reaches your home.

Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our ceramic pieces are hand wash only to preserve their unique glazes and finishes. Please check the specific care instructions on each product page. We do not recommend microwaving pieces with metallic or reactive glazes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 2–5 business days, while international shipping can take 7–14 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at mofau25@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
