All purchases made at Maison Céramique are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, or unwanted gifts.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us at mofau25@gmail.com before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
Ceramics and glassware are fragile by nature. While we pack every order with the utmost care, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a damaged item, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mofau25@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging
Once we review your claim, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Maison Céramique is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.
